Dashboard Records
Dashboards, balances, notes, snapshots, images, settings, and imported CSV data are saved in the FlowFunds app data folder on your Mac. FlowFunds does not sell this information or transmit it to a company database as part of the normal dashboard storage flow.
If you turn on iCloud sync, FlowFunds writes dashboard data to the FlowFunds iCloud container associated with your Apple Account so your Macs can sync that data through Apple iCloud. FlowFunds does not receive or store that dashboard data on company-controlled servers.
Feedback And Support
If you use Feedback / Contact Us, FlowFunds sends the email address and support message you type to the FlowFunds support endpoint. This information is used so the team can reply, troubleshoot, and investigate the request.
Support messages are retained as needed to handle support unless deleted. You can request deletion of support messages by contacting FlowFunds support through the App Store support channel or the email address you used when submitting feedback.
Feedback is not used for tracking, advertising, or marketing.
Do Not Send Sensitive Financial Details
Feedback messages are optional. Do not include account numbers, passwords, full financial statements, private documents, or other sensitive financial details unless you intentionally want support to receive them.
Network Services
FlowFunds may contact Apple services for StoreKit purchases and iCloud sync, the FlowFunds support endpoint if you submit Feedback / Contact Us, and an exchange-rate service for currency conversion in calculators. Investment planning inputs are entered manually, and FlowFunds does not contact brokerage services.
FlowFunds is not a bank, brokerage, investment adviser, trading platform, lender, insurer, or fiduciary money-management service.
Purchases
Premium purchases and restore actions use Apple StoreKit. Payment details are handled by Apple, and FlowFunds does not receive your payment card number or Apple account credentials.
Your Choices
- You can delete local dashboards and imported records inside the app.
- You can turn optional iCloud sync on or off in the app.
- You can choose not to submit feedback.
- You can request deletion of support messages related to feedback you submitted.
